What You’ll Practice Today

Typing isn’t just about knowing where the keys are — it’s about moving fingers between rows effortlessly. And it will check how well we learned and practiced in the last three lessons.  Today it will make more smooth.

You’ll start with drills that match the same finger on two rows. Examples:

  • az (left pinky)
  • sx (left ring)
  • dc (left middle)
  • fv and gb (left index)
  • jn, km, and l, (right hand)

These combinations build muscle memory and help your fingers get used to moving between the rows with control.

Real Word Practice

Yes, today we will also type some real words. It  will help to

  • man, cab, black
  • sand, van, comma

This is the start of real typing.

Revision Day Tips

  • Focus on Smooth Motion: Let your fingers flow naturally from row to row. Type by thinking the full word, not by the letters.
  • Spot Your Trouble Areas: If you find certain combos tricky (like cv or mj), slow down and repeat them.
  • Accuracy Over Speed: Don’t focus only on the speed. Type slowly and carefully to get more accuracy. Throughout this lesson, you will get speedy.
